Ritorno All Opera on the stage of prestigious Theatre Ariston of Sanremo was a real triumph! The joyful opera of Rossini in two acts never stops to feel everybody’s heart with enthusiasm. Great command of the orchestra demonstrated Dejan Savic, artistic director of the National Theatre and Ballet in Belgrade.

Good performance gave Riccardo Mirabelli in the role of count Almaviva. Don Bartolo of Claudio Ottino and Don Basilio of Carlo Tallone were convincing with their acting skills. The performance was also successful for Gianmaria Patrone in the double role of Fiorello and an official.

Was not entirely convincing Keta Nino in the role of Berta. Extraordinary was Gabriele Nani in the role of Figaro, who charmed the public with his “largo al factotum della citta”. He really ruled the stage with her brilliant performance. Elena Bacanova in the role of Rosina was also convincing with her coloraturas and characteristic interpretation.

It was an excellent debut for the director Teresa Gargano: joyous and moving performance has well deserved standing ovation from the public.
